We share with you two simple recipes using essential oils to help relieve the symptoms of stress and anxiety, whether at home, at work, on the go or at school! They are easy to prepare and take anywhere with our roll-on applicators.


Let's start with a list of the best essential oils for stress and anxiety:

  • For relaxation: Lavender, Copaia
  • For sleep: Roman chamomile
  • For the mood: Wild Orange
  • For anxiety and stress management: Neroli, sandalwood and clary sage
  • For depression: Jasmine and lemon balm
  • For rest: Ylang Ylang

Here are two recipes for roll-on applicators using essential oils for stress and anxiety:

Orange roll-on applicator mix

Ingredients :

  • 10ml fractionated coconut oil
  • 4 drops Wild Orange essential oil
  • 4 drops of Sandalwood essential oil
  • 4 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil

Manual :

  1. In a glass ball applicator, mix the Fractionated Coconut Oil with the essential oils.
  2. Apply to wrists, temples or pressure points as needed.
This recipe combines the benefits of Fractionated Coconut Oil with Wild Orange, Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang essential oils, all known for their relaxing and soothing properties. Wild Orange essential oil helps reduce tension, while Sandalwood essential oil is known for its calming and balancing effects on the mind. Ylang ylang essential oil is used to promote relaxation and reduce stress levels.

Neroli Roll-on Blend

Ingredients :

  • 10ml fractionated coconut oil
  • 4 drops of Roman chamomile essential oil
  • 4 drops wild orange essential oil
  • 4 drops of Neroli essential oil
  • 2 drops of Copaier essential oil

Manual :

  1. In a glass ball applicator, mix the Fractionated Coconut Oil with the essential oils.
  2. Using a pipette, transfer the mixture into a glass ball applicator.
  3. Apply to wrists, temples or pressure points as needed.
