Refund policy
All returns must be pre-approved by Essanzia.
Please email your order number to info@essanzia.ca within 10 days of your purchase. Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. To avoid lost packages, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Essanzia will cover the shipping costs only if the product is defective or if the error is ours*.
Once the returned merchandise is received, Essanzia will inspect the products. If they are found to be new, unused, and in original packaging, a refund (original payment method or store credit) will be issued for the returned products only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the returned merchandise is damaged or has been used, no refund will be issued. The customer will be responsible for retrieving the merchandise from our warehouse.
If the product is not returned in its original packaging, a 5% restocking fee will apply.
For all returns, please include your order number and full contact information inside the package.

Note: All items are thoroughly inspected before being shipped. In addition, we ensure all products are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. However, it is possible that a parcel arrives in poor condition due to shipping issues. Please take photos of your parcel and damaged items as soon as you receive them.
Refund Policy – Specific Items

Books: No refunds on books. Exchange only if the book is defective, and only within 24 hours of receipt.

Digital Downloads: Digital downloads are sent immediately after purchase. No refunds will be issued for digital products.

Custom Products (business cards, personalized items, etc.): No refunds on custom products. Exchange only if defective or due to an error on our part.

Training & Courses: No refunds on any course that has already started. Please read the course objectives carefully to ensure it suits your needs before purchase.
