Breathing is at the heart of every yoga practice. By combining the benefits of mindful breathing with the therapeutic power of essential oils, you can improve your concentration, calm your mind and boost your energy.
Here's a recipe for an essential oil roll-on applicator specially designed to accompany you during your yoga practice:
Ingredients:
- 10 ml fractionated coconut oil
- 5 drops lavender essential oil
- 3 drops lemon essential oil
- 2 drops peppermint essential oil
- Roll-on applicator from our store
Instructions:
- Fill about three-quarters of the ball applicator with fractionated coconut oil.
- Add 5 drops of lavender essential oil for its soothing, relaxing properties.
- Add 3 drops of lemon essential oil for its stimulating and energizing effect.
- Add 2 drops of peppermint essential oil to promote clear, deep breathing.
- Shake applicator well to mix oils. Before or during your yoga practice, apply the mixture to your temples, chest or wrists, and breathe deeply.
