Here is our simple recipe for creating a relaxing bedding spray with essential oils:

Ingredients :

  • 100ml distilled water
  • 1 tablespoon witch hazel water
  • 1 tablespoon rubbing alcohol
  • 10 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 10 drops of chamomile essential oil
  • 15 drops wild orange essential oil
  • 5 drops of neroli essential oil

Manual :

  1. Right out of the bottle, mix the distilled water and rubbing alcohol.
  2. Add the essential oils and mix.
  3. Pour the mixture into a nice spray bottle.
  4. Shake the bottle before each use to mix the essential oils with the water.

Use :

  • Spray the relaxing spray on pillows and bedding before bedtime.
  • Breathe deeply to enjoy the relaxing benefits of essential oils.
  • Repeat the operation every night before going to bed.
